Ordering Information:

As of this time, we will be accepting online orders in the following manner-

Please send an email to orders@rivendellbooksandgames.com with the items you wish to purchase. We will contact you back with the items we currently have in stock, and a combined price including shipping. We accept Paypal (we will provide the email address to forward your payment to once the order is confirmed), along with money order/certified check and credit card purchases (which for your protection we are happy to facilitate over the phone- please call us toll free number at 1-866-552-5798 once the order is confirmed to present payment in this manner, or call us directly to place your order over the phone). In store pickup is also an available option should you be passing through the area, and we would be honored to meet our customers in person.

Shipping is provided by the USPS, although particular items may require the use of other services (FedEx/UPS) due to size restraints. We will quote you a shipping cost based around how quickly you wish to have your item arrive to you. If you wish for shipping insurance on your purchase, please advise us during the ordering process so we can provide you with the adjusted rate.

We will ship your merchandise out to you in an expedient manner once payment is received, and we use packaging means to make sure your items arrive to you in the same condition they leave our shop. While we will make every effort to make sure your purchase gets to you safe, we do sincerely suggest requesting insured service for the transit of your order.
